I take the privacy of CombotFGC users seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what data I collect, how I use it, and what rights you have over your information when using my Discord bot or the website combotfgc.xyz.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. I recommend reading it carefully.

I collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the Service:

I do not collect passwords, Discord private messages, email addresses, or any data outside the scope described above.

I use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the bot and its features.
• Calculating rankings, statistics, and leaderboards within each server.
• Managing Pro subscriptions and verifying payment status.
• Authenticating your session on the web control panel.
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
• Improving the Service based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.

I do not use your data for advertising, commercial profiling, or sell it to third parties.

I do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited cases:

• Stripe — payments are processed through Stripe. See their Privacy Policy for details.
• Neon (database) — service data is stored on Neon, a cloud PostgreSQL provider with encryption at rest.
• Legal requirements — I may disclose data if required by law or a valid court order.

I retain your data for as long as your account or server remains active in the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" section).

Subscription and billing data is retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting legislation (generally 5–7 years).

When the bot is removed from a server, that server's configuration data is marked for deletion and purged within 30 days.

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access — you may request a copy of the data I hold about you.
• Rectification — if any data is incorrect, you may request its correction.
• Erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data from the Service.
• Portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — you may object to certain processing of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, reach me through the Discord support server. I will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days.

I implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. This includes in-transit encryption (HTTPS), encryption at rest in the database, and secure session tokens.

However, no system is completely infallible. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, I will notify you as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data to the Service, please reach me through the Discord support server to have it removed.

I may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes are published implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
