Terms of Service

By accessing or using CombotFGC (the "Service"), whether through Discord, the website combotfgc.xyz, or any associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CombotFGC. I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

CombotFGC is a Discord bot designed for fighting game communities (FGC). The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Tournament management and bracket generation
• Ranked matches and Glory Points system
• Player stat tracking
• Leaderboards
• Integration with games such as Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
• Web-based control panel for server administrators

The Service is offered in both a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features available in each tier may vary and are subject to change.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when required.
• Not use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times.
• Not attempt to circumvent, hack, or manipulate the ranking or tournament systems.
• Not use the bot for illegal activities or activities contrary to these terms.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Discord account linked to the Service.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Manipulating match results, tournaments, or the points system.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages in the ranking system.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the bot's source code.
• Using scripts, automated bots, or other means to interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without express authorization.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or its servers.

All original content and materials of the Service, including but not limited to CombotFGC's logos, designs, proprietary code, text, and interfaces, are my property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No license or right is granted to users regarding CombotFGC's intellectual property except for the limited, revocable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

CombotFGC may reference or integrate with third-party games, platforms, trademarks, and related materials for informational, compatibility, identification, and community purposes. All third-party trademarks, copyrighted materials, game assets, character names, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

CombotFGC is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party rights holders, including but not limited to Capcom, Bandai Namco, or Nintendo. All rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners, and no claim of ownership is made by CombotFGC.

CombotFGC offers Pro subscription plans with access to additional features. By purchasing any paid plan:

• Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe. I do not store credit card data.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancelling an active subscription removes Pro access at the end of the paid period.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your use of the Service causes harm to other users or the platform.
• Required by applicable law.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining time of your subscription, except as stated in the Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

CombotFGC shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damage resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CombotFGC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall CombotFGC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

I may update these Terms of Service periodically. I will notify you of significant changes by posting the new version on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
