Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
CombotFGC offers the following Pro plans:
Monthly
Billed every month. Automatic monthly renewal.
Annual
Billed once per year. Savings compared to the monthly plan.
Lifetime
One-time payment. Permanent Pro access with no renewals.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe and are charged in USD.
2. Refund Eligibility
I understand that circumstances can change. My refund policy is as follows:
Monthly Plan
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first payment, provided you have not actively used Pro features during that period. Monthly renewals are non-refundable.
Annual Plan
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date, provided Pro feature usage has been minimal. After that window, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the annual period.
Lifetime Plan
Lifetime one-time payments are non-refundable, as they grant permanent access to the Service. Please evaluate your decision carefully before purchasing this plan.
In all cases, I reserve the right to deny a refund request if I detect abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchases followed by cancellations).
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the web control panel, in the Pro server management section. Cancellation:
- Stops future renewals immediately.
- Keeps Pro access active until the end of the already-paid period (monthly or annual).
- Does not automatically generate a refund for remaining time.
For the lifetime plan, there is no cancellation since there is no automatic renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility requirements, follow these steps:
- Join the CombotFGC Discord support server.
- Open a ticket in the appropriate channel including: your Discord ID, the plan purchased, the purchase date, and the reason for the request.
- I will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through Stripe and credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
I will consider refunds outside the standard windows in exceptional cases, such as:
- A serious technical failure of the Service that prevents use of Pro features for an extended period.
- A duplicate charge due to a processing error.
- Extraordinary circumstances that are duly substantiated.
Each exceptional case will be evaluated individually. The final decision on such requests is at my sole discretion.
